Ive not been well lately the old ticker is somewhat tired from years of misuse..but Im stable for the time being...Maybe some new stents are on the horizon..trying drasticaly to give up smoking..ye gods are not we allowed to anything bad!

Had an email..from an old friend from the Jerusalem Commune days 1972-74..ah the good old buggered up days..

The days might be gone of me riding long distances with 100 horsepower under my ass attached to two wheels and I miss them like i miss my teeth..for the motorcycle gave me a beautiful free-to-air im not here or there..power to pass,cruise,opinionate or be absolutely no-where but still goin somewhere.....

..so short rides are fine
to give me those kinds
of feelings that are totally mine
now...and a lovely way
to share the freshness
with a susan..whos much wiser
who reminds me at bursts of speed
..to pull down my visor
